Terms and Conditions of Business Use

As a user of our website, and when making a purchase from Squisito you acknowledge that you do so under these terms and conditions. We hope you will agree that they are designed to be fair to you and to us. We may change these from time to time by updating this page.
Warranties: We warrant that the products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. Title will pass on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
Relevant Italian law will apply to these terms and conditions and the relevant court of Livorno, Italy will have exclusive jurisdiction. Here are our details should you want to contact us.
With the payment and the order confirmation the customer accept the terms and conditions and shipping policy applied by Squisito.

At Squisito, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will acknowledge your contact within 24 hours. We try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible, we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved.

We will not sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. By placing an order you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the wine is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the wine.
Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in euro, and may be per product or per case, as marked. The prices include Value Added Tax, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay.
For big or customized orders could be required a wire transfer payment instead of credit card payment.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.
Before place an order request, we ask and suggest you check that products you are buying are compatible with allergies or intolerances of the final consumer.
Where we deliver: We will deliver your products to anywhere
The order will be considered successfully closed with the payment and the company will ship to the customers' address the products included into the cart. The customer will receive a notification email confirming the order, the products shipped and the courier tracking data.
The working day after the order confirmation Squisito will indicate to the local producer all details to arrange the supply including shipping to our warehouse and/or relative customers.
The products will be shipped with courier and timing of delivery depends on local producers logistics and courier activities, especially for the agricultural products. Generally the delivery at your address could be in about 7-10 working days from the order confirmation.
For shipping to extra UE countries customs duty fees are not included in Squisito's shipping rates. The local custom office contacts the customer to manage the duty fees payment's. The customs duty fees will be charged by the local custom office directly to the customer at delivery time. With the payment and the order confirmation, the customer accepts terms and conditions and shipping policy applied by Squisito.
Please note that at certain times (such as Christmas, Covid19, ecc.) the cut off time required for the delivery may change. Any changes will be shown on the website or communicated to the customers by our company or the courier. The day time of delivery depends on your local courier.
Incorrect / missing or damaged products, cancellations:
Customer may cancel an order for any reason whatsoever within 14 days from the date received the products, provided that all of the products are unopened and intact. To cancel an order the customer must call or email Squisito to notify the cancellation request. Within 10 days from the cancellation request the customer must ship the products to the Squisito warehouse. The shipping of the products from the customer to the warehouse will be at customer's expenses.We will reimburse the price of the products once it has been collected, returned to our warehouse and has been inspected and checked all of the products are unopened and intact. Missing or damaged products for reasons not dependent on Squisito, the Company provides s voucher for the amount of the value of the products damaged or lost, to be used for future purchases in Squisito shop within 12 month.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurately described goods.

Right To Terminate
This customer promise is here for the good of all of our customers. If we feel that it has been abused, we reserve the right to close your account, by inactivating it, once we have met our obligations. If we do inactivate your account, and you choose to make another purchase, whether through that account or any other, then our obligation to you for any claim will be limited to your statutory rights and we will not be bound to deliver this customer promise.
If you have a voucher to redeem against the purchase of products on Squisito shop, the following terms and conditions apply, and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
Promotional vouchers can only be used on orders for any type of products.
You must be over 18 to redeem the voucher to buy alcoholic products.
Vouchers are non-transferable, may not be sold at auction and have no cash alternative.
Gift Vouchers, e-cards and gift balances expire in 12 months from the last activity. After 12 months any vouchers, ecards and gift balances will be removed. After 12 months any remaining credit will be removed.
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old to buy alcohol.
Squisito deliver worldwide.
Squisito vouchers are not transferable and non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude Squisito Online's liability for personal injury or death caused by its negligence.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;
loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;
loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.
We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling of our products. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.
Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:
Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
A case of wine and boxes of products are heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles and products 1 or 2 at a time.
Red wine, beers and other products could may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken.
Sparkling wines and champagnes can be volatile due to the build-up of gases, extra care should be taken when opening these.
