This Carnaroli superfino Italian rice is extremely natural, it is worked with the use of mechanical means (cleaners and rollers) without the addition of oil or talc (shine). It is a whole rice that cooks evenly and is very resistant to cooking.

Superfino Carnaroli Italian rice isn't completely bleached to keep its properties as unaltered as possible, and above all it is not subject to shining process.
