The Habanero Red Savina, commonly called only Habanero, has a fruity scent reminiscent of ripe apricots. In the powder version it also acquires floral notes, black tea and spice similar to coriander seeds.
 
It finds its ideal use in stewed fish preparations, in meat marinating and in sauces.
 
Thanks to its floral characteristics, it goes exceptionally well in confectionery especially with cocoa for all types of preparations: from dark chocolate to filled creams, up to chocolate in a cup with a pinch of cinnamon.
